Jack brings over 25 years of market research experience to ANR where he designs, oversees, and executes studies using a mix of qualitative and quantitative research methods. Much of his work concerns the development of communication and messaging strategies across various industries, particularly in healthcare. Jack has published work in peer-reviewed journals related to consumer reactions to health care quality and value as well as perceptions of Medicare programs. In the past, he served as an adjunct professor at American University teaching courses on strategic communication and research methods. When he’s not working, Jack spends time playing hockey, coaching soccer, and enjoying time exploring national parks with his family.
