Terry’s been with ANR for over 30 years---almost since its very inception---contributing to ANR’s evolution into a first-rate research firm along the way. Responsible for all field operations, Terry’s managed everything from kitchen-table research to state-of-the-art, virtual focus groups. She holds a BA in Sociology from California State University at Northridge, maintains a Professional Researcher Certification (PRC) from the Marketing Research Association, and is a RIVA-trained focus group moderator. On top of that, Terry manages our own focus group facility, the Richmond Focus Group Center. She and her husband are active patrons of the Richmond arts and spend many of their weekends boating on the Chesapeake Bay.
