Our field services division is home to the Richmond Focus Group Center, a modern, professional facility used exclusively for focus groups, in-depth interviews, and usability testing.

Completely renovated in 2019, the facility features a viewing room that comfortably accommodates 15 people, with tiered seating and wireless internet access.
